PRINT FAQ
What do I need to provide in order to have my book cover made into a print wraparound?
When requesting a print cover, please have the following information ready:
- Your desired book dimensions. Some of the more popular sizes are (in inches): 5 x 8, 5.25 x 8, 5.5 x 8, 6 x 9
- Your preferred interior page color (white or cream).
- Your final formatted page number. If you haven’t formatted your book yet, please note that I do offer formatting services for both digital and print books
- Back cover copy and any other information you’d like to appear on the back of your book, which may include an author photo, series logo, barcode and your website address. Amazon KDP will provide you an ISBN free-of-charge. If you are using Ingram for print, please provide your ISBN number. I am happy to download the correct template, but cannot do so without the ISBN.
What do you mean on your services page by “variations for multiple retailers will be $20 each?”
Unless you tell me otherwise, I design for Kindle Direct Publishing by default. If you need print files for more than one retailer (Ingram or B&N), it will be $45 for the first design, and then an additional $20 for each variation file. Ex: If you need KDP and Ingram, the cost will be $45+$20 = $65.
